That young male saw a band of children running toward his cage. And he crouched himself as if he has seen a prey. :XD:

This is my first critique, so forgive me if I word things wrong.
First off, this piece was masterfully done. You got a fantastic angle. And you couldn't have had a better background. The variation in color really brings out the beauty in the patterns and shades of the fur, and the lighting emphasizes it as well. As far as originality, it's hard to do with animals because their postures are all the same. I have seen other photos like this, but it still doesn't take away from the wow factor. With the dark background, the Snow leopard is the first thing the viewer sees. Whereas the majority of snow leopard photos I see, the leopard is on a rock, or in the snow, and it generally washes out the shading in the fur, making the rock / snow the first thing that the eye catches, and it takes away from the animals beauty.
Again, this is an expertly taken photograph, and you should be proud of it.
